| I have been sewing since I was 11 years old, made my own clothing, then clothed my 3 children during their rapidly growing years. In 1987, I made my first cloak, for a friend, and have been creating for others ever since. I totally enjoy all aspects of sewing – especially seeing someone wrapped up and transformed, in one of my creations. |
| Finding fabrics, exploring its texture, its drape, the way it falls, the way it moves, how it hugs the skin. I imagin it in firelight, candle light and sun light. All parts of the creative process at work, all aspects taken into account when deciding on a fabric for one of these garments. |

I have offered my clothing at many festivals and shows, since 1987. Starwood, in western New York Sirius Rising, also in western NY Autumn Equinox in central New York WomonGathering in north Pa. Spiral Rhythms in Georgia PSG in Ohio and numerous other venues. New this year - 2004 - Old Songs Festival in Altamont, NY (check the home page for links) |
